Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of our organization. This is a key role that requires strong leadership skills, financial acumen, and a passion for senior care.
Duties:
- Supervise and manage the operations of our facility, including staff scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Develop and implement care plans for individuals with developmental disabilities or assisted living needs
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with external service providers to ensure quality care and services are provided
- Conduct regular assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of care plans and make necessary adjustments
- Provide guidance and support to staff in delivering high-quality care to residents
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency
- Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining records, preparing reports, and managing correspondence
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in senior care or home care setting
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial management
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Knowledge of operations management principles and best practices
- Familiarity with working with people with developmental disabilities is a plus
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using computer software such as MS Office Suite

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
